We now offer customers our popular multi-page pro forma PDF Passage Plan checklist with your own yacht logo/brand and vessel information (such as MMSI number, Call Sign, Draft, air draft, etc.
 
After purchase, you'll be automatically emailed a document. Just click on the link in the document and upload the data you'd like included in your very own bespoke PDF template. You can print it off as many times as you like, or even laminate it, if that's your thing! 
 
You can also fill them in from your phone or laptop, as they are dynamic forms. We have also included this option on long text fields if you wish to use the entire form electronically, but you can also print off the empty template and fill it in by hand, if preferred.
